Effective date: September 24, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how PrideLab LLC ("PrideLab," "Finding Fourth," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you use findingfourth.com and the Finding Fourth services (collectively, the "Service"). Finding Fourth is a community-based service that helps adult tennis players discover other players, create and join matches or drills, and communicate with one another.
By using the Service, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy. Your use of the Service is also subject to our Terms of Service. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, do not use the Service.
1 Information We Collect
Information you provide
Account and identity information, such as your first and last name, email address, mobile telephone number, password-related account credentials, member number, and age eligibility confirmation.
Player profile information, such as profile photograph, gender, tennis level or rating, preferred formats, availability, community or club affiliation, and other information you choose to display.
Match and drill information, including date, time, location, format, level, fees, participant information, invitations, attendance, and match status.
Communications, including direct messages between players, support requests, reports, and other communications sent through or about the Service.
Notification choices and consent records, including the types of email or SMS messages you request, the date and method of consent, and opt-out requests.
Guest information supplied by a member, such as a guest name and telephone number, when a member invites a person who does not yet have a Finding Fourth account.
Information collected automatically
Device and browser information, such as IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, language, and approximate location derived from an IP address.
Usage information, such as pages viewed, features used, searches, interactions, referring pages, session dates and times, and errors.
Security and authentication information, such as sign-in events, verification attempts, fraud signals, and account recovery activity.
The Service does not currently request precise GPS location. A match location entered by a user may nevertheless identify a specific court, club, facility, or neighborhood.
Information from service providers and other users
We may receive information from authentication, hosting, communications, analytics, security, and content-moderation providers. We may also receive information about you from another member who invites you to a match or provides information needed to coordinate play.
2 How We Use Personal Information
We may use personal information to:
create, authenticate, maintain, and secure accounts;
verify mobile numbers and email addresses and help users recover access;
display player profiles and help users find compatible players, matches, and drills within their community;
create, administer, and communicate about matches, invitations, reminders, fees, and attendance;
deliver direct messages and show unread-message counts;
send service, security, administrative, and customer-support communications;
moderate photographs, profiles, messages, and other content; prevent fraud, abuse, harassment, and misuse; and enforce our Terms;
operate, troubleshoot, analyze, personalize, and improve the Service;
measure product performance and understand how users interact with features;
comply with legal obligations, protect rights and safety, and resolve disputes; and
with any consent required by law, advertise and promote Finding Fourth and affiliated products or services, create or measure audiences, and optimize our advertising campaigns and advertising campaigns for affiliated products or services.
Advertising and affiliated products. Subject to applicable law and your communication and privacy choices, PrideLab may use information about Service usage, interests, community participation, and interactions to select, measure, and optimize advertising for Finding Fourth and products or services offered by PrideLab or affiliated businesses. Where required, we will request separate affirmative consent before using a communication channel for marketing. We do not use the content of private player-to-player messages to target advertising.
3 SMS and Mobile Information
If you provide a mobile number, we may use it for account verification, security alerts, match invitations, match reminders, unread-message alerts, service announcements, and, only with separate express consent where required, promotional messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of applicable SMS messages and HELP for help. You may also change available notification settings in the Service or contact us.
Consent to receive promotional SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing or using the Service. Consent for promotional messages is collected separately from consent for informational or transactional messages. An opt-out from promotional SMS does not prevent us from sending a message that is legally permitted and necessary for account security or to complete a user-requested transaction.
No mobile information sharing for marketing. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile telephone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent records with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may disclose this information to vendors that process messages solely on our behalf, subject to contractual restrictions and applicable law.
4 Email Communications
We may send transactional or relationship emails about account verification, password recovery, security, matches, messages, changes to the Service, and support. If you separately subscribe to promotional emails, we may also send information about Finding Fourth or affiliated products and services. Promotional emails will identify the sender and provide an unsubscribe mechanism. Unsubscribing from promotional email does not stop necessary account, security, or transactional communications.
5 How We Disclose Personal Information
We may disclose personal information in the following circumstances:
To other users. Profile information is visible as described in the Service. Match participants may see information needed to coordinate a match. A direct-message recipient can see the content and sender of a message.
To service providers. We may use vendors for hosting, databases, authentication, storage, SMS, email delivery, analytics, security, customer support, and content moderation. They may process information only for the services they provide to us and subject to appropriate restrictions.
To advertising and measurement partners. Subject to applicable law and your choices, we may disclose limited device, usage, or campaign information to measure and optimize advertising. We do not disclose mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data, SMS consent records, or private-message content to these partners for marketing.
For legal and safety reasons. We may disclose information when we reasonably believe disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect users, the public, PrideLab, or others; investigate fraud or abuse; enforce agreements; or respond to lawful requests.
In a business transaction. Information may be transferred in connection with a financing, merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, bankruptcy, or similar transaction, subject to applicable law.
At your direction or with your consent. We may disclose information when you direct us to do so or provide consent.
We do not sell personal information for money. Some advertising or analytics activities may be treated as "sharing," "sale," or targeted advertising under certain state privacy laws. Where those laws apply, we will provide the required rights and controls.
6 Profile Visibility and User Content
Finding Fourth is designed to help members of a community discover and contact one another. Information you place in your player profile, match listing, or other public or member-visible area may be viewed, copied, or used by other authorized users. Do not include sensitive information in a public profile or match description.
Private messages are intended for their participants, but we may access or preserve message content when reasonably necessary to operate the Service, investigate a report, enforce our Terms, protect safety, or comply with law. No security measure can guarantee that information will never be accessed or disclosed improperly.
7 Advertising Analytics and Cookies
We may use cookies, local storage, pixels, software development kits, and similar technologies to maintain sessions, remember preferences, measure usage, prevent fraud, improve performance, and understand or optimize advertising campaigns. Where required, we will provide notice and obtain consent before using non-essential advertising or analytics technologies.
You may control cookies through browser settings and any consent controls we make available. Blocking some technologies may affect Service functionality. Browser-based opt-out signals will be honored when legally required and technically supported.
8 Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain an account, fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, comply with legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent abuse, and maintain security. Retention periods depend on the type of information and why it is needed. We may retain limited records of consent, opt-out requests, security events, and transactions after account deletion when necessary for compliance or legitimate protection of the Service.
9 Data Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. These safeguards may include access controls, encrypted transmission, restricted administrative access, logging, and vendor security controls. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10 Your Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live and subject to applicable exceptions, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of personal information; to withdraw consent; or to opt out of certain advertising uses. You may update available profile information and notification preferences through the Service or contact us at m.sullivan@pridelab.com.
We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right. You may also designate an authorized agent where permitted by law. If we deny an appealable request, we will provide information about any available appeal process.
11 Account Deletion
You may request deletion of your Finding Fourth account by using an account-deletion feature when available or by emailing m.sullivan@pridelab.com from the address associated with your account. We may ask for additional information to verify the request. Deletion may not remove information that we are required or permitted to retain, information another user independently provided, or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be linked back to you.
12 Children
The Service is intended only for individuals who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that an individual under 18 has provided personal information, we will take reasonable steps to delete it. A parent or guardian who believes a minor has provided information may contact us.
13 Third Party Services and Links
The Service may link to courts, clubs, maps, payment services, or other third-party websites and services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. This Privacy Policy does not apply to services that PrideLab does not control.
14 United States Processing
Finding Fourth is operated from the United States and is currently intended for users in the United States. Information may be processed and stored in the United States and other locations where our service providers operate, subject to applicable law.
15 Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version and update the effective date. If changes are material, we will provide additional notice as required by law. Your continued use of the Service after an updated Policy becomes effective is subject to the updated Policy, except where additional consent is required.
